Can I see insights for my audience?

How do I rename an audience?
Managing the names of your saved audiences is essential for staying organized. To rename an audience:
Navigate to the Audience Builder section of the GWI platform.
Locate the audience you wish to rename.
Use the renaming functionality in the interface to input a new name and save the changes. Renaming audiences ensures they are easily distinguishable and accurately described for your needs.
Can I exclude a group I’ve created by combining multiple attribute groups?
No, you can’t exclude a group that’s been created by merging two or more attribute groups. The Exclude option is only available within a single group where the attributes are part of the same question.
Can I include and exclude attributes from the same question?
Yes. To do this:
Click Add an attribute or Create a new group.
Select the attributes you want and click Apply.
Repeat the process to add different attributes from the same question.
Set one group to Include and the other to Exclude.
In the excluded group, check the AND/OR connector:
Use AND if you want to exclude people who match all selected attributes.
This allows you to include and exclude different answer options from the same question.
Why am I seeing greyed out audiences?
Each audience is tied to a specific data set. If your current plan or subscription doesn’t include access to that data set, the audience will appear greyed out.
This can happen with shared, GWI, or previously created audiences.
For example, if you previously had access to GWI Sports but didn’t renew it, any audience using that data set will be unavailable to you.
Instant Insights in Audiences: FAQs
How do I change the market or timeframe for Instant Insights?
Insights are based on the waves and locations selected in your audience filters. To change the view, adjust those filters directly in the audience builder.
Note: If you're viewing Zeitgeist Instant Insights, the wave is fixed to the most recent release and cannot be changed.
Can I choose which insights appear?
Not currently. Instant Insights are automatically generated based on your selected audience, data set, wave, and location.
Need more detail? Hover over any insight to see the specific questions and metrics used.
Do Instant Insights work for shared audiences?
Yes. You can access Instant Insights for both your own audiences and any shared with you by teammates.
Which data sets support Instant Insights?
Instant Insights are available across all GWI data sets.
Zeitgeist Instant Insights only appear when you're using GWI Core and/or Zeitgeist as your data source.
Why can’t I see Instant Insights for my audience?
To activate Instant Insights, your audience must include at least 100 respondents. If your sample size is too small, the feature will be disabled.
Why do the sample size and locations on the fifth card look different?
The fifth card is powered by the Zeitgeist data set, which is fielded with a smaller subset of respondents in select markets. This means the sample size and locations may differ from the other insights shown.
