On Monday, December 15th, 2025, we will be launching a brand new GWI Spark experience, one that’s built around YOU. This new version of GWI Spark will support how you think, ideate, explore insights and work.
With this, you will be able to interact with GWI Spark in a more natural, conversational way and watch it respond with insights that feel more aligned with you.
What’s Changing?
You’ll notice a refreshed design, smoother interface and a completely new way of interacting with GWI Spark.
Here’s what’s new:
A more natural experience - Spark understands what you ‘mean’ and responds conversationally, more naturally.
Answers with meaning - Insights are now explained in clear, plain language that connects the what and the why.
Faster, cleaner, and more focused - A redesigned interface helps you find, explore, and share insights with less friction.
Built for transparency - A new ‘thinking out loud’ view shows how Spark arrives at its answers, helping you trust the process.
However, as part of this rebuild we won’t be able to carry over your existing chats or pinned insights. So, please save or copy anything important before 15th December 2025.

We want to make GWI Spark a better thinking partner for you and be as adaptive, curious as you.
We’ve listened to how you use Spark and what you’ve told us matters most: a faster, simpler, more intuitive way to uncover insights that explain why things happen, not just what’s happening.

What do I need to do before the update?
Through this update we will not be able to carry over your existing chats and pinned insights. This means you have to manually copy or save your chats before the 15th December 2025.
What can I expect after the update?
When opening GWI Spark from the Platform side menu on the 15th December 2025, you’ll be working with the updated version of GWI Spark. If you have any bookmarks which link to GWI Spark, you should update those with the new URL.
Will my account or access change?
No, your account or access won’t change. Depending on your plan you’ll still be able to use the same features as before the update.
Will my data still be available?
No, any existing chats and pinned insights won’t be carried over.
