How can I check which plan I’m on?
You can check your current plan from the platform navigation on the left side of the screen.
If you’re on the Free, Plus, or Teams plan, your plan will be listed at the bottom of the panel.
If you’re on the Pro plan, you’ll see your organization name instead, which is tied to your subscription.
What if I want to change my plan?
To upgrade from Free or Plus, head to the Plans tab in Account Settings. Click "Subscribe" to upgrade to Plus or "Contact us" to get in touch with our sales team about upgrading to Pro.
If your organization is already on a Pro plan and you're interested in adding Teams users, please contact your account team or connect with our support team via Live Chat (available via the Help button in the platform).
How do I manage my Plus subscription?
To manage your Plus subscription, head to the Plans tab in Account Settings and click "Manage Subscription".
Note: Cancellation requests take effect at the end of your billing period (monthly or annually, as set out in your order). In line with our terms, we’re unable to offer refunds on early cancellations.
What's included in the Teams plan?
Our Teams plan includes full access to GWI Spark, GWI Canvas, and view-only access to shared Dashboards. Teams plan users can only be added to an organization with a Pro subscription.

How do I make changes to my Pro subscription?
To make changes to your Pro subscription, like data set add-ons or additional seats, please contact your account team. If you're not sure who that is, just use Live Chat (available via the “Help” button) to reach our support team.

How do I delete my free account?
To delete your free account, please e-mail your request to [email protected]. Keep in mind that this will result in permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
