Free: Explore GWI at no cost with our AI assistant, GWI Spark. Explore audiences in 50+ markets with 20 prompts per month.
Plus: Get all features of our Free plan and unlimited prompts with GWI Spark.
Pro: Get all features of our Plus plan, and unlimited access to the full GWI platform. You will also be able to customise your data access.

What countries does your data cover?
Our flagship Core survey is an ongoing global study of online consumers, refreshed every quarter using like-for-like questions across 50+ markets. You can find out more about GWI Core and our other data sets here.
How can I check which plan I’m on?
You can check your current plan from the platform navigation on the left side of the screen.
If you’re on the Free or Plus plan, your plan will be listed at the bottom of the panel.
If you’re on the Pro plan, you’ll see your organization name instead, which is tied to your subscription.
What if I want to change my plan?
To upgrade from Free or Plus, head to the Plans tab in Account Settings. Click "Subscribe" to upgrade to Plus or "Contact us" to get in touch with our sales team about upgrading to Pro.
To make changes to your Pro subscription, like data set add-ons or additional seats, please contact your account team. If you're not sure who that is, just use Live Chat (available via the "Help" button in our platform) to reach our support team.
How do I manage my Plus subscription?
To manage your Plus subscription, head to the Plans tab in Account Settings and click "Manage Subscription".
Note: Cancellation requests take effect at the end of your billing period (monthly or annually, as set out in your order). In line with our terms, we’re unable to offer refunds on early cancellations.

How do I delete my free account?
To delete your free account, please e-mail your request to [email protected]. Keep in mind that this will result in permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
